Mullangi Kootu is an easy side dish that gets cooked very fast and tastes good with steamed rice. When you are bored with what else to make with Radish, this is a wonderful dish to make.
Amma made this first and we served it with Rice. With steamed rice and appalam, this tastes very good.
We mostly make Radish sambar and later moved on to make poriyal with radish which also tastes good. The only drawback is always the smell when this gets cooked. However, as this kootu, the radish tastes very good.
For the final day of Regional dishes, I decided to share this dish that is not easily found on a restaurant menu. We are doing the BM#100, Week 1.
