Xacuti Masala Rice

Xacuti Masala Rice

Xacuti Masala Rice is a spicy rice made with xacuti masala and mixed vegetables. This is an easy rice that can be ahead quickly if you have the masala ready ahead.

The inspiration for the dish came when I was browsing through Suma’s post and I realized I could do the same masala rice too with the Spice Masala I ground. This dish is more of a fried rice types as you saute the vegetables and mix in the rice.

Since I had the coconut pulao ready, I used the same rice. Regular plain basmati rice will be fine for this too. And making with plain basmati rice is even more simpler if you have the Xacuti Masala ready. Last edition I made Xacuti Masala Dosa and Xacuti stuffed Aloo Paratha.

  1. I am curious about this xacuti masala now. It’s very new to me, but looks like a very versatile one. How yum the rice would have been
