No Onion No Tomato Aloo Sabzi is an easy side dish for poori and is very simple to make.
When I decided to make some stuffed pooris like Yellow Pumpkin stuffed pooris, I wanted some easy and simple side dish and what else is better than a potato dish which is easy as well.
I just went about it making it with just basic ingredients and it was quickly done. We felt that the stuffed pooris tasted even better with this served.
For the final day of BM#93 week 1, I am doing 1 Ingredient 3 ways, I have focused on Potato as the main ingredient.
