If you are craving for an instant sweet or want to make something quick for the upcoming festivals, then this Microwave Instant Palkova is your answer! This is 2 Ingredient cooked in approx. 2 minutes.
I seem to have slipped into a forced break from sharing, due to various reasons. The top reason comes to mind being just lazy to cook for the themes. Days seem to be flying and towards the end of July, I got my Sep Mega BM list ready and was only planning on how to do it in one shot mostly!
So this quick Palkova that I was planning to make, just got postponed and finally got done in flat 2 minutes. Somebody will think that I am so busy with not a second to spare! Anyway Hubby Dear enjoyed it and was not willing to share with anybody, while he was ok to share the whole load of other stuff that I cooked.
There was this other recipe that got cooked with milk and sugar, that got done in 10 mins time. I wanted to have a quicker sweet for you to make this festival and so used this condensed milk to make this Instant Palkova.
I have previously shared this Palkova with Dulce De Leche, where I almost used a whole tin of 400 ml, which took about 7 mins. Since I was using only 1/2 cup condensed milk, loose and soft palkova gets done in 2 mins. If you are aiming at thicker, harder granules, microwave for couple of minutes more.
With Ganesh Chaturthi coming up, we have a host of festivals to celebrate. So celebrate with this instant palkova that is so easy to make!
Step by Step Pictures for making the Instant Palkova

In a Microwave safe glass bowl, take the condensed milk add curds to it.
Microwave for a minute, remove and stir well.
Again microwave for a minute. remove and stir well.
Put it back and microwave for 30 secs, let it rest for 10 mins.
Ensure you use a high bowl as there are chances for the condensed milk to rise high.
Use glass bowl for easy usage and cleaning. Sometimes, the plastic MW bowls might get damaged.
The palkova was set after 2 mins, I kept it extra for 30 secs for it to settle better.
If you want a thicker, browned version, you can microwave further. The stage I removed was perfect for our taste.
