I made the chicken masala and then stuffed with Salsa and cheese. They told me that after melting, the tacos were so delicious.
Taco Shells – 2
Chicken – 1 cup
Salt to taste
Red Chili powder – 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder – 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala -1/4 tsp
Oil – 2 tsp
Red Chili Flakes – 1/4 tsp
Cheese, grated – 1/4 cup
How to make the Chicken Tacos
Clean and cut chicken into small pieces. Boil with a pinch of salt and cook till water is evaporated.
In a non stick pan, heat oil, add the chicken and all the spices pieces, saute well till it’s cooked well.
Warm the taco shells for 30 secs in MW. Then stuff the tacos with chicken pieces, salsa and grated cheese.
MW for another minute or till the cheese is melted, serve hot
