Eggless Vegan Wheat Flour Brownie is an easy one bowl brownie, made with wheat flour, honey and brown sugar. This vegan brownie is dense and made delicious with the chocolate chips I have used.
This was baked couple of weeks ago for the vegan theme that I never came around completing. I baked it late evening and left it overnight and it was so good to handle and came out squares.
Konda wanted to decorate with icing sugar using the stencils. I didn’t have icing sugar and ended up giving castor sugar. The design ended up showing the granules. With the many brownies I have, this added another one to the list.

Eggless Vegan Wheat Brownie
1 cup Wheat Flour
1 tbsp Corn Flour
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
1/4 cup Sugar powdered
1/4 cup Brown Sugar
1/4 cup Honey
1/4 cup Cocoa Powder
1/4 cup Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
1/4 tsp Instant Coffee
3 tbsp Cooking Oil
1/4 cup Water
In a bowl, add all the ingredients one by one except water. Mix well.
Slowly add water depending on the consistency of the batter. It should be slightly thick.
Line and grease a 8″ square baking tray and pour the batter into it and pat it even.
Preheat the oven to 185 C.
Bake for 30 minutes. Check if done. Let it rest in the oven for at least 1 mins.
Best is if you leave it overnight, for you to slice out squares well.
